What is irresponsible?

Harvesting emails and sending information to people that don't ask for it. Buying lists from people who resell those lists over and over. And then sending an email to this list every day (or frequently enough that it's more than annoying). Any Violation of the Can Spam Act of 2003

If you have repeated spam complaints that we can not verify where you obtained an email lead or Any Violation of the Can Spam Act of 2003, your account WILL be terminated. But unlike OTHER autoresponder companies, we will make every attempt to work with you, to keep your business running. Abuse of our system will NOT be tolerated.

Our terms of service are very simple:

Don't insert leads into your account unless you can prove they have asked for information.

Each lead must include Name, Email, IP address, Date stamp no older then 30 days.

Don't use your autoresponder with any FFA page submissions or leads.

Don't use your autoresponder to send information for porn, hate group, or any other questionable activity.

Should you decide to disregard the warnings above and receive repeated SPAM complaints, you:

Will have your account suspended or terminated immediately without notification.

Will not get a refund if your account is terminated.

Will be charged whatever our providers charge + 50% to clean up the system.

Spammers Beware Even though We will work with our members on an occasional spam issue...We are not a spammer network...We promote honest, responsible, email marketing that is Can Spam Act of 2003 compliant.
